Utilizing tax-exempt bond financing, private and public funds and tax credit programs, the nonprofit public finance team at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd regularly assists organizations in structuring creative financing mechanisms—providing private colleges and universities with classrooms, student housing and parking garages; assisting healthcare providers, including hospitals, continuing care retirement centers and life plan communities, with their capital improvement matters; and connecting charter schools, private schools and YMCAs with community facilities and public/private partnerships to better their communities.
