HSB's Randy Epting Named to IFLR1000 United States Guide

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd attorney Randy Epting has been named to the International Financial Law Review 1000 United States guide. This is the first time IFLR1000, the guide to the world’s leading financial and corporate law firms, has ranked law firms and attorneys at a state level since its inception in 1987.
Randy has been rated as Highly Regarded in M&A in South Carolina. He has been lead counsel in transactions ranging in size from $1 million to more than $550 million.
The IFLR1000 United States guide contains rankings from 25 key state jurisdictions. Rankings are primarily based on transactional evidence and client and peer feedback. Categories include banking, capital markets, M&A and restructuring and insolvency.
