Meet Boone

Boone Aiken is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Florence office and works with our corporate practice group. He assists business owners with a variety of matters, including corporate formation and entity structure, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.
 
Boone also advises individuals and families on trust and estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and living wills.

In addition, Boone represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions with purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, deeds and financing documents.

While in law school, Boone served as a Notes Editor for the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology and was a competing member of the Holderness Moot Court Corporate Team.
